For those coming by train
Access via subway passage from Azabu-juban station. There are two lines at Azabu-juban station: Toei Oedo Line and Tokyo Metro Namboku Line.

Coming from the Toei Oedo Line
1.Exit the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line ticket gate and follow the signs to Exit No. 5.
2.When you reach the stairs and escalator going up to Exit 5a and 5b, don’t go up the stairs. You’ll see a sign that says, “Ground level elevator (direct to Joule A)” .
3.Please follow the sign to the elevator.
4.Take the elevator to B1 floor.
Coming from the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line
1.Exit the Toei Oedo Line ticket gate and follow the signs to Exit No. 5.
2.When you reach the stairs and escalator going up to Exit 5a and 5b, don’t go up the stairs. You’ll see a sign that says, “Ground level elevator (direct to Joule A)” .
3.Please follow the sign to the elevator.
4.Take the elevator to B1 floor.
For those coming by car
Our clinic is 4 minutes walk from Azabu Juban Public Parking Lot.
You can come directly to the clinic from there via underground passage.
1. Take the elevator to B1F.
2.After exiting the elevator, walk straight for 30 meters.
3.Go down the escalator to the subway station ticket gates.
4.Walk to the ticket gate. From this point on, please reffer to the “From Azabu-juban Station on Toei Oedo Line” directions.
