Double Eyelid / Eye Surgery

Double Eyelid / Eye Surgery

Our specialists will shape your eye beautifully to suit you.

The eyes make up a very large percentage of the impression of a person’s face.
We offer a variety of surgeries for people who want to make their eyes look bigger and more attractive, or who want to get closer to their younger looks.

Features of Primo’s double eyelid and eye surgery

Eye surgery is a plastic surgery that adjusts the eyes, which are an important part of a person’s facial impression.
We offer a procedure that is as close to the ideal as possible according to the patient’s wishes, and which looks as natural as possible too.

The area around the eye can be expanded in four main directions: upwards, downwards, medial, and lateral.
It is very helpful if you can provide photo samples of how you want your eye to look.
However, if you don’t have any photos, you can tell us what you want verbally.
Knowing the goal you want to achieve, as well as your level of risk acceptance, is very helpful when choosing a procedure.

Features of our clinic

For those who want to make their eyes appear bigger.

We offer a variety of eye enlargement surgeries that can be performed in all directions: upwards, downwards, medial and lateral.
All of our procedures are designed to maximize the effect and minimize any recession.

To satisfy your desire for a natural change without visible scars.

We also perform surgery from within the eyelid if requested, such as ptosis surgery and widening of the lower eyelid.
Eye size can be adjusted during surgery after the surgeon and patient view the work done.
The 6-point fixation buried suture method is a powerful way to create double eyelids with no visible scars.
Medial epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty are also safe because the scars are small, inconspicuous, and mostly reversible.

We have successfully handled many cases of revision surgeries for work done at other hospitals.

We actively perform revision surgeries for work that did not turn out as desired, such as double eyelid revision, eyelid opening revision, medial epicanthoplasty revision, lateral canthoplasty revision, and widening of the lower eyelid revision.

Eye Surgery List

The following is a detailed description of each eye surgery procedure including case photos, progress photos, procedure period, post-operative course, downtime, aftercare, risks, side effects, and complications.

Buried Suture Method of Double Eyelid Surgery

This is a procedure that uses nylon thread to form a double eyelid by fastening the thread at the desired position on the eyelid.
Because the thread is passed through a small needle hole, the scar is hardly visible and forms a natural double eyelid.
Any changes can be reversed by removing the thread.

Incision Method of Double Eyelid Surgery

This is a procedure for the formation of a permanent double eyelid by making an incision in the eyelid at the desired width.
The lashes also turn upward to form an attractive eye.
It is a procedure that can reduce excess skin and fat, and can form a firm double eyelid which is difficult to achieve with the buried suture method.

Ptosis Surgery

This is a procedure that opens the eyes wider, improving the condition of poor eyelid opening, sleepy eyes, and the impression of being old and unattractive.
It gives a look of large eyes full of energy.

Revision Double Eyelid Surgery

This is a correction procedure to form a double eyelid into the desired shape, to narrow or widen the double eyelid, to adjust the difference between the left and right sides of the double eyelid, or to lessen the scar.
Whether the previous surgery was buried suture method, incision, or blepharoplasty, we can correct it.

Medial Epicanthoplasty

This is a procedure on the epicanthic folds to narrow the distance between the eyes and to enlargen the eyes from the inner side making them larger horizontally.
This will also make your double eyelids look natural and parallel.
It is a procedure that gives a mature, beautiful, and well-balanced impression.

Revision Medial Epicanthoplasty

This procedure is used when the patient is dissatisfied with the result of their medial epicanthoplasty and wants to correct it, when the patient wants to make the scar less noticeable, or when the patient wants to increase the distance between the eyes.
It is a procedure that can restore the original impression before there was an incision.

Lateral Canthoplasty

This is a procedure that enlarges the eyes laterally to make them appear larger horizontally.
It is effective when you want to create the impression of larger eyes.
When used in conjunction with the Widening of the Lower Eyelid procedure, the effects of each can be maximized and the amount of recession can be reduced.

Widening of the Lower Eyelid

This is a procedure that can enlarge the eyes from a downward position.
The size and shape of the eyes can be adjusted depending on how much the lower eyelid is lowered.
When used in conjunction with Lateral Canthoplasty, the effect of each can be maximized and the amount of recession can be reduced.

Revision Surgery of Lower Eyelid Widening

This is a procedure used when you are dissatisfied with the results of your Widening of the Lower Eyelid procedure and want to correct it, when you want to lower the eyelid more and make the eyes larger, when you want to return the eyelid because it was lowered too far, or when you are concerned about the difference between the left and right eyelids.

Lipectomy of the Lower Eyelid

This procedure removes the puffiness of the lower eyelid (eye bags) that causes dark circles, reducing the impression of tiredness and old age.
Since the fat is removed from the conjunctiva side, the scar is not noticeable and swelling is minimal.
It also has the effect of making the area under the lower eyelid fuller.

Partial-Incision Double Eyelid Surgery

This is a procedure to create a permanent double eyelid with a short incision (about 5 – 7mm).
It is suitable for those who wish to have a narrower double eyelid and whose eyelids are not too puffy.
Orbital fat can be removed at the same time.

Hyarulonic Acid Injection of the Lower Eyelid

Hyaluronic acid is injected into the lash line of the lower eyelid to form a fuller shape.
A small amount of hyaluronic acid can be injected to create a firmer area.
It has the effect of making the eyes look larger vertically, and makes it easier to create a soft, good impression when smiling.

Upper Eyelid Lift

By removing excess skin under the eyebrows, this procedure widens the width of the double eyelids and makes it easier to open the eyelids.
The eyebrows will also be lowered, giving you a more dignified appearance, reducing forehead wrinkles, headaches and stiff shoulders.
It is also effective in reducing puffiness.

Eyebrow Lift

The excess skin is removed above the eyebrows to widen the width of the double eyelids and make it easier to open the eyelids.
The eyebrows are raised, giving the patient a more relaxed look.
The wrinkles on the forehead are reduced, and headaches and stiff shoulders are also expected to be reduced.

Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty (Hamra Method)

By removing excess skin from the lower eyelids, this procedure reduces wrinkles and puffiness known as eye bags and moves fat into the hollows under the eyes to make the hollows shallower.

Inverted Eyelash Surgery

This procedure is used to improve the condition of eyelashes on the lower eyelid that can grow upward and cause damage to the eye cornea.
Excess skin is removed at the lash line to change the direction of the lashes.
This makes the eyes look brighter.

Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty

This is a procedure to improve wrinkles and sagging by removing excess skin from the lower eyelid.
The scar is located at the edge of the eyelashes and is not noticeable.

Lipectomy of the Upper Eyelid

This is a procedure that aids the formation of double eyelids by removing excess orbital fat from the upper eyelid.
When used in conjunction with the Buried Suture Method, the fat can be removed through a needle hole.
It can also be used in conjunction with the Incision Method, Partial-incisions, and Ptosis Surgery.

ROOF Resection

Puffiness of the upper eyelid is partly due to the presence of a large amount of pre-septal fat called ROOF.
By removing ROOF during the Incision Method or Upper Eyelid Lift, eyelid puffiness can be improved.

Removal of Buried Sutures

If the thread is noticeable or there is an infection, we can remove the buried thread.

Mid-Facial Rejuvenation

Aging of the midface includes the presence of eye bags, wrinkles under the eyes, loss of skin tone due to cheek fat loss, and the appearance of fine lines.
Aging appearane can be improved by removing and injecting fat appropriately.
