At Primo Azabujuban Clinic, we offer a transportation expenses support for patients who come from far away.
Reimbursement will be made after you submit receipts for public transportation such as Shinkansen and air travel.
Expenses incurred by private vehicles and taxis are not covered.
We will check your address on your ID card.
The transportation expenses support plan will cover one round trip.
