Is counseling available to minors?

Minors are welcome to receive counseling.
Please note that any application for surgery will only be made after the consent of the parent or guardian is confirmed.

How can I get counseling?

Our doctors can provide you with direct diagnosis and counseling.
To ensure that we can talk to you productively, we offer counseling by appointment only, so please make an appointment for your preferred date and time by email or phone.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer, credit cards (with some exceptions), UnionPay, WeChat Pay, ALIPAY, and medical loans.
Sometimes a combination of payment methods are used.

I’m considering a medical loan. Is there anything I need to prepare in advance?

When you apply for a medical loan, there is an evaluation process.
Please bring an ID (driver’s license, passport, health insurance card, certificate of residence, etc.) with you.
You will also need information such as your work address and phone number.
Minors can get a loan with a parent or guardian acting as a guarantor.

Is it possible for minors to have treatment?

Parental consent is required, but all treatments are available.
The consent form is available at the clinic, but if you cannot come to the clinic, we will mail or fax it to you.

I’m a student, can I get a medical loan?

For regular medical loans, students may need a guarantor.
It may be necessary to do a pre-screening to see if you need a guarantor, so please contact our staff.
